Hirer agrees that all equipment is hired under the CPA Standard Terms & Conditions of hire.

HJD Plant will only hire to customers who have completed the Credit Account Opening Form, acknowledging Hirer’s own Hire-In Insurance and Off-Hire obligations.

Collection & Delivery rates to be agreed on contract commencement.

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Week rate is based on 5 day week, 40 hours, 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday)

Extra days over & above the first week rate will be charged at 1/5 of the weekly rate

Equipment will be supplied full of fuel and if not returned full, a used fuel charge will be applied.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to insure the equipment against loss, theft and damage.
